Very satisfied. Chris Hickey arrived within the appointed time slot. He was very courteous and professional, and took exceptional care to wear "booties" over his shoes so as not to track-in outside dirt. Drop cloths were placed under his equipment to protect our carpets. The chairs were very light colored "Ultrasuede" that had become very soiled over several years [newsprint etc.] and he put a lot of effort to make them like new. He has also done carpet and upholstery cleaning for our condo association with similar good results and professionalism. I found him very accommodating and good to work with and would highly recommend Chris Hickey of Crystal Clean [877-272-1995 Burlington, MA. Check his website for other services that he offers at [*** Link removed ***] because he offers other services as well. While I have no direct experience with his work in these areas, I would believe the attitude and diligence seen on my work, and the condo association's, would readily carry over.

I called crystal cleaning on a Friday - after providing the sizes of all our orientals - I received a quote and an appointment for Tuesday morning. If I could give a grade higher than an A for responsiveness I would. After another cleaning service failed to show up Chris worked with me to show up early before our movers got there and got our carpets all cleaned. They turned out great. We managed to schedule a cleaning within 3 days of notice before moving into the house. Chris gave us a rough estimate for the basement cleaning, and actual price was less than what he had quoted after he saw the size of our basement. Chris was polite and punctual and did an impeccable job with our carpet. We had pet stains, rust stain and paint stains but Chris was able to remove those stains. Our carpet now looks and feels new. I would definitely use Crystal Cleaning for any carpet or upholstery cleaning. We are definitely happy to have a professional do the carpet cleaning instead of ourselves.
